Villa Palma

The house is situated by the end of a road and is secluded. The garden is well developed with a pool 5,5 X 12 meters and two dining areas and terassed. The house is surrounded by some trees and wineyards.

The main house consists of three floors. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a washer and dryer, a small yet cozy living room with a sofa and a tv, a big and bright new and fully equipped kitchen with 3 ovens, 2 faucets, a 6-burners stove and a 2-doors fridge, and a winefridge.

Climbing up the stairs, on the first floor you can find three double-bed rooms, one with two twin beds and two bathrooms. Finally, on the top floor, you will find a big attic bedroom with a private bathroom.

There is a small guest house next to the main house with a kitchen, a double room, a bathroom and a small bedroom with a bunk bed.

Composition

The house develops on three floors.

On the first floor, there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

Upstairs there is a living room and a bedroom / study with a sofa bed. The villa offers 4 beds + 2 (sofa bed).

In front of the house, there is a dependence with a living room-kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with bunk beds. It can easily accommodate 4 people.
