The ground floor has a large living room with seating, satellite TV, a DVD player and a closed-combustion fireplace. Doors connect the living room to the outdoor dining area and garden. The private 12 × 6 m pool is set at the rear of the garden, screened for privacy while remaining open to vineyard views. The garden includes a fig tree, sun loungers, outdoor tables and chairs, a porch and a pergola for dining outside.
