Set against spectacular scenery overlooking the hills of Marche and the Sibillini mountains our spacious and fully equipped country house has all you need to unwind and enjoy your vacation. The house is newly built following the local traditional style and with an open floor plan with a large living room integrated with the kitchen on the ground floor and a spacious room for togetherness upstairs. Four generous bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor comfortably accommodate 8-10 people. The house is surrounded by terraces and with a garden with grass, flowers and shadowing trees. Our infinity pool provides stunning views of the Marche landscape while swimming. Depth of the pool is 2,50 to 1,40 meters.
The pretty towns of Mogliano and Monte San Giusto is just 12 minutes away by car, putting you in easy reach of local shops, restaurants, the weekly market and some great gelato bars. Other highlights include fantastic beaches, Lake Fiastra in the Sibilini Mountains, the outdoor opera in Macerata, finding hidden renaissance treasures and designer outlet shopping.
Composition
The house develops on three floors.
The ground floor consists of a kitchen, a large bathroom with bath, shower and laundry area.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs there is a living room and a bedroom / study with a sofa bed. The villa offers 4 beds + 2 (sofa bed).
In front of the house, there is a dependence with a living room-kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with bunk beds. It can easily accommodate 4 people.
